Pool Bar

For in-house guests, days unfold at their own languorous pace at the Pool Bar, where Noosa’s only swim-up bar meets the shimmering edge of Elysium’s iconic lagoon pool. Glide through sun-dappled water to order an afternoon Spritz or flute of Champagne, perfectly chilled, then drift back to your cushioned lounger as the afternoon stretches ahead.

A light menu of poolside snacks comes courtesy of Cibaria. Think freshly shucked Pacific oysters with finger lime and mignonette, kingfish crudo bright with yuzu and chilli, and prawn and avocado rolls wrapped in nori. For something more substantial, there’s a grass-fed beef burger with aged cheddar, or salt-and-pepper calamari served with aioli and lemon. Share a plate of local Mooloolaba prawns, piled high with cocktail sauce, or graze on a cheese board.
