Pool Bar

For in-house guests, days unfold at their own languorous pace at the Pool Bar, where Noosa’s only swim-up bar meets the shimmering edge of Elysium’s iconic lagoon pool. Glide through sun-dappled water to order an afternoon Spritz or flute of Champagne, perfectly chilled, then drift back to your cushioned lounger as the afternoon stretches ahead.

A light menu of poolside snacks comes courtesy of Cibaria. Think freshly shucked oysters with Chardonnay vinegar and eschalot mignonette, scallop crudo bright with finger lime and ocean trout roe, and a prawn cocktail, Pavoni’s signature. For something more substantial, there’s a wagyu beef burger with aged cheddar, or lobster roll served with burnt butter bisque and lemon. Share pizzetta bianca and marinated olives, or graze on a cheese board.
