Morning through to late evening, year-round, our team of more than two hundred hospitality professionals bring the spirit of Elysium Noosa to life. While positions are highly coveted, the combination of advanced training and strong career pathways within the resort and across the Accor network of more than five thousand hotels worldwide creates ongoing opportunities for new team members. During peak holiday seasons, we also welcome skilled casuals who bring energy and ease to our busiest periods.

Cibaria Noosa

Cibaria brings the spirit of an Italian piazza to Hastings Street, where good food, fine wine and lively conversation shape the rhythm of the day. From the first espresso at breakfast to long, leisurely lunches, afternoon aperitivo and relaxed dinners, the venue captures the vibrant atmosphere of Italy’s bustling piazzas.

Front of house, this creates a dynamic, joyful atmosphere where service feels warm, genuine and full of character. Guided by Maestro Hospitality and renowned restaurateurs Alessandro and Anna Pavoni, recipients of seven Australian Good Food Guide hats across five venues, Cibaria is built on passion, precision and a deep love of Italian hospitality.

Bar Capri & Riviera Bar

Bar Capri channels the charm of the Mediterranean coast, just steps from Noosa Main Beach on Hastings Street, while Riviera Bar offers that famouns Noosa Sunset overlooking the Noosa River.

Across both venues, we are seeking bartenders to craft bright spritzes and elegant cocktails. Food and Beverage Attendants are required to provide true hospitality to our discerning guests in a relaxed, efficient, and generous manner.

Pool Bar & Elysium Cabanas

The Pool Bar and Private Elysium Cabanas form a secluded sanctuary around our lagoon pool, reserved exclusively for in-house guests. Here, you deliver calm, intuitive service with quiet efficiency, whether you are mixing cocktails at Noosa’s only swim-up bar, delivering gelato to the children as a generous gesture or presenting oysters and champagne in a private cabana for a moment of celebration. Every interaction calls for service that is intuitive and efficient.

In Room Dining and Conferencing & Events

There is artistry in every setting, from intimate weddings to large corporate gatherings and gala dinners for two hundred guests. In Room Dining brings a more private rhythm, from early balcony breakfasts to midnight snacks delivered with thoughtful discretion. Those with refined service skills may curate private dinners for VIP guests through the Elysium butler program, where privacy and detail define the experience.

Skills & Attitude

We look for strong customer service skills, clear communication, professional presentation, consistent hygiene, pride in well-organised spaces, experience with daily procedures, a genuine love of hospitality and a current RSA. Flexibility for rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays, is favourable.
