Celebrating the region’s culinary artistry, Noosa Food and Wine Festival brings a long weekend of remarkable flavour, savoured in good company, at an unhurried pace.

At Elysium, Chef Alessandro Pavoni and Cibaria Noosa’s Head Chef Lucas Bach bring the warmth of a traditional northern Italian family gathering to Noosa for an unforgettable sun-soaked afternoon, with free-flowing spritz setting the tone from the moment you arrive. At the heart of the afternoon is the celebrated Spiedo Bresciano — a centuries-old cooking ritual where carefully selected meats are slowly roasted for hours, patiently basted in butter and red wine to create extraordinary tenderness and deep, layered flavour. More than a dish, spiedo represents celebration, community, and the timeless Italian tradition of coming together around the table.

This special event recreates the spirit of a Brescian family feast: free-flowing spritz aperitivo all afternoon, generous shared courses, and a relaxed rhythm that invites guests to settle in, connect, and savor every moment.
