Terms and Conditions – Elysium Noosa Instagram Competition (July 2026)

1. ELIGIBILITY
   The promotion is open to Australian residents of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, Australia, aged 18 years and over. Employees of Noosa Pacific Hotel Pty Ltd (trading as Elysium Noosa and Cibaria Noosa) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. HOW TO ENTER
   To enter, participants must follow the official Elysium Noosa Instagram account (@elysiumnoosa) during the promotional period (1 July 2026 – 30 July 2026). Participants can tag a friend for an additional entry. Maximum 10 entries per participant. There will be one winner drawn as specified in these Terms and Conditions. Current followers of @elysiumnoosa are not eligible to enter.
3. DRAW MECHANISM
   The winner will be selected by randomly drawing one eligible follower of @elysiumnoosa who was following the account during the promotional period and meets all eligibility criteria. The draw will take place in July 2026, with the winner announced on or before 4 August 2026. The Promoter’s decision is final. AI-assisted tools may be used to verify eligibility and assist in the selection process.
4. PRIZE
   Prize includes: One (1) x Two-night stay in the Elysium Suite at Elysium Noosa, Noosa Heads for two guests, plus an exclusive private dinner for two guests in the Elysium Suite during the stay, a poolside Elysium cabana for two reserved during the stay at a time subject to availability and breakfast daily for two guests.
   Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize is valid for the specified dates only.
5. PRIZE VALIDITY & REDEMPTION
   The prize is subject to the following conditions: Accommodation must be redeemed by 18 December 2026. Blackout dates may apply and prize redemption is subject to hotel availability at time of booking. The prize must be redeemed as a single stay and cannot be split across multiple visits. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
6. NOTIFICATION
   The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 48 business hours of the draw. The winner will be required to provide proof of residency in an eligible state (Queensland, Victoria or New South Wales, Australia) before officially being awarded the prize. The winner will be announced publicly on or before 4 August 2026 via Instagram Story @ElysiumNoosa. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, a redraw will occur.
7. PRIVACY
   Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. GENERAL
   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta. Participants release Instagram/Meta from any and all liability. Be aware of scammers, we will never request payment or contact winners from any other account than @elysiumnoosa. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these terms. The Promoter’s decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
