The Opportunity
As Bar Manager, you’ll take ownership of the daily operation of Bar Capri, leading one of Noosa’s busiest premium cocktail venues while working alongside the award-winning team at Cibaria and Maestro Hospitality.
You’ll lead a team of up to 20 bartenders and floor staff, creating an environment where exceptional service, strong leadership and genuine hospitality are at the centre of everything you do.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for:
– Leading one of Queensland’s busiest premium cocktail bars.
– Inspiring, mentoring and developing a team of up to 20 bartenders and floor staff.
– Driving exceptional guest experiences through every service.
– Managing labour, beverage costs, stock control and financial performance.
– Developing seasonal cocktail menus and innovative beverage offerings.
– Working closely with our Head Sommelier and leadership team at Cibaria.
– Maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation and operational excellence.
Who We’re Looking For
This role is for a seasoned hospitality professional.
Someone who has earned their stripes managing busy cocktail bars, understands high-volume service without compromising quality, and genuinely enjoys leading people from the floor.
