In-Room Dining

With a menu that celebrates the exceptional produce of Queensland and the Sunshine Coast, Elysium in-room dining is available from early morning through to late evening. Begin your day with freshly baked pastries accompanied by Eumundi organic preserves, or choose from breakfast favourites including buttermilk pancakes with macadamia butter and passionfruit, or smashed avocado with goat feta and dukkha on toasted sourdough.

A sophisticated all-day dining menu showcases premium local produce, including Mooloolaba king prawns, Wagyu beef tartare and Pacific oysters – served natural or with Noosa gin and cucumber mignonette. For something more substantial, options include Wagyu sirloin with burnt onion purée; charcoal chicken with harissa and preserved lemon; and crisp skin barramundi paired with miso-glazed eggplant. Plant-based and gluten-free options are also available.

Finish with a classic vanilla bean crème brûlée; fresh, Sunshine Coast strawberries with cream; or an indulgent chocolate mousse. All dishes are prepared fresh to order and delivered to your room within 30 to 45 minutes.
