Where is Elysium Spa located?
Elysium Spa is located 14–16 Hastings Street, Noosa Heads, inside the Elysium Noosa Resort. Guests access the spa through the hotel lobby, vehicle access is via Noosa Parade.

Do you offer parking?
Free on-street parking and car parks are available throughout Noosa with 2-4 hrs times. Elysium Noosa Resort offers underground self-parking $25 and Valet parking $55. Please note that parking can reach capacity during busy periods. Priority is given to in-house guests; arriving early is recommended. Paid overflow parking can also be found next door at Bay Village.
Do I need to make an appointment?
While we accept walk-ins, we rarely have availability on the day due to advance bookings. Please be sure to book online or call (07) 5449 4777.
Do you need help choosing a treatment?
Our caring experts will assist you in selecting the treatments that best suit your needs so please inform us of any health conditions that may affect your Elysium Spa experience when calling (07) 5449 4777.
When should I arrive?
To enhance your spa experience, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your pampering. Leave the world outside and wrap yourself in a comfortable robe and slippers in anticipation of your pampering.
What if I am late?
Please plan your “time out” carefully as late arrival will result in a reduction in treatment time.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Please telephone the Spa by 6pm the evening before your treatment to change or cancel your reservation, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. No show appointments are charged at 100%.
What should I wear?
Your sense of dignity and well-being is paramount to us. All our qualified therapists are trained to drape correctly in order to respect your privacy and comfort. Robes, slippers and disposable underwear are provided. Please bring your swimwear if you plan to experience the aqua therapy pool and steam room.
What is the minimum age?
Please be mindful that all guests enjoying our facilities, including treatments, must be over the minimum age requirement of 16 years.
I am pregnant. Can I still visit the spa and have treatments?
Yes, you are very welcome to visit during pregnancy, however some extra care is needed to keep you and your baby safe.
• We do not perform massage or body treatments during the first trimester.
• From the second trimester onward, selected treatments may be suitable and can be adapted for your comfort, such as pregnancy safe facials and gentle body therapies.
• Some services, products or essential oils may not be recommended at any stage of pregnancy.
Please let us know that you are pregnant when you book, and always check with your doctor or midwife before having any spa treatment. Our team will guide you on the most suitable options and adjust your experience to ensure it is as relaxing and safe as possible.
